Production Spout2 publication belongs to Fensalir.

OBS should receive a named Spout2 texture from the Fensalir-hosted Mimir app. The bridge scripts can keep SRT Media Sources alive while direct output matures, but synchronized program video should come from Fensalir once the runtime has live camera buffers.
